CARA is the governing body for coastal rowing clubs wishing to promote or compete in the South East of England.There are currently ten rowing clubs affiliated to the association.
Clubs affiliated to CARA are:
Bexhill, Deal, Dover, Eastbourne, Folkestone, Hastings, Herne Bay, Shoreham, Southsea and Worthing.
